This is a good example of how you can create a good place in a cramped but cozy place. The young people who worked the day we were there are really talented and above all the mare tasted superb.

Set menu was delicious and the vibe in the basement area was really cool. We had the vegetarian “green” set menu. My favorite was the honey ice cream with edible flowers. It was so delicious. We also loved the chips appetizer. They were light and crispy.

Atmospheric premises, with good service and tasty smørrebrød. We visited Norrlyst on both 13/9 and 20/9, and have been there before as well - we were surprised that the bread and cold cuts were about half the size on 13/9 - but tasted just as good as the other times.

Super lækker mad, men alt for lidt mad.

Good but uneven food (fairly bland starter, very good main course, decent dessert). The table next to the kitchen was also a little too warm, the room lacked ventilation. The service was very good.

Modern Danish cuisine as it should be - simple, tasty, and nourishing. The design of the restaurant is very minimalistic. The service is good. It's not a fast dining!!! I've ordered lunch menu - 2 sandwiches ( one with salmon and the second one with tartar), both were very tasty. For desert, I've ordered 3 local cheeses - also a great dish.

What a jewel of a restaurant! The four-course dinner was wonderful, whether you prefer vegetarian or non. Great wine pairings, a very relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for fresh, local ingredients and creative, complex dishes, you've found your place.
