Hands down the absolute best vegan fine dining restaurant I've ever eaten at, and this is comparing to many different locations around the world. Great staff, great drink pairings, amazing food. They pride themselves in being carbon neutral and never harming the environment, so it's interesting to hear how they go about doing so. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time at ARK. What they’re able to do with their plant based ingredients is incredible. Every dish perfectly balanced and the flavours were delicate yet powerful. This is not the sort of meal you’re getting every day, so the cost does add up, which for me felt slightly too high for the output but the experience as a whole really is a special one. The cocktails were also excellent.
