I get to know our regular customers and their preferences, and i also get to meet new people who are just passing through. No matter who i’m serving, my goal is to provide them with the best possible dining experience.

My day starts early in the morning, when i arrive at the restaurant to start setting up. I make sure that all of the tables are clean and set with the proper utensils, and that the dining area is ready for our guests. As people start to trickle in, i greet them and seat them at their table.

Once everyone is seated, i take their drink orders and relay them to the kitchen. Then i begin taking food orders and delivering them to our guests. Throughout the meal, i check on our guests periodically to make sure they’re enjoying their food and that they have everything they need.
