For our entree, we ordered the arroz negro, which was squid ink paella with seafood. This dish was absolutely amazing — it was so flavorful and the squid ink gave it a really unique color.
It was definitely one of the best things we’ve ever eaten! Overall, we had an excellent experience at jaleo by josé andrés. The food was fantastic, and the service was great. We will definitely be back to try more of their delicious tapas!.
